ANIMALS FOR SALE: Animals offered for sale have not been quarantined or treated for parasites unless specifiaclly noted. All animals offered for sale will appear healthy and show no outward signs of illness. We recommend that all animals be quarantined reguardless of their type ,species or birth status. (even shipping incidents may cause stress or shock).
PHOTOS : The photos posted in the sales section may or may not be the actual animal(s) for sale. Unfortunately due to the number of animals we handle, the constant changing of inventory, and the large amount of requests we recieve for photos , it is impossible for us to provide photos of each individual animal.
SHIPPING and PACKING Prices for animals do not include shipping.

(alternately delta shipments can be sent freight due and the reciever will pay actual exact cost directly to delta)Shipping for FedEx overnight door-to-door services start at $45.00 and goes up depending on the size of your order.

We will only ship animals when weather is reasonable! Understand we may occasionally delay a shipment due to weather. This is for the safety of the animal(s) or our own personal safety at times. If alternate shipping dates cannot be agreed upon, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.
PLEASE - Always advise us of your local weather conditions so animals may be packed for shipping accordingly.
exports ? As of Jan 1, 2007 we no longer use customs brokers to sell our stock to overseas customers.If you are outside of the U.S. we will be happy to send shipments to your broker inside the U.S. but have no means to export otherwise.
To help offset costs any shipments of $500.00 or more, sent to a broker for export reasons will recieve a 10% discount off of the total excludeing shipping.Payments:We accept payment in the form of money orders (postal prefered),cashiers/bank checks,personal checks, cash (if in person) and payments via paypal. Cashier's checks will be verified before any animals are shipped.
Orders paid for with paypal must be shipped to the confirmed address listed on your paypal account as per their Terms Of Service. Paypal does allow you to add confirmed addresses to your account.
Personal checks will be held no less then 10 days after we recieve them to make sure they clear the bank.

Messages asking the prices of animals will get a delayed or NO response as we post the price of each in their listing in the sales section. Emails asking questions such as "how many do you have", "what sexes", "what's the length, and weight of each", or "can you send photos of every animal you have available" will also get a slow or no response.
Unfortunately takeing a photo of each individual is usually not possiable due to time constraints.
conditional live arrival guarantee We do not guarantee the temperament of ANY animal sold. Animals can act totally different when exposed to different situations. If we know for certain something is aggressive, it'll be listed that way! But "it's mean"." it bit me","it ate my other fish" or etc...are not grounds for a refund.
We are not responsible for any illness or disease that may be contracted from or spread to your animal. Proper quaranteen and cleanliness are required when working with animals and this is up to the buyer.
We guarantee live arrival on packages shipped overnight as long as there is someone avalliable to recieve the package on the first delivery attempt. Any losses must be reported within 4 hours of the package arriving.Any credit due will be given on your next order-no cash refunds.
Cheaper second and/or third day shipping may be an option on some items (fish) but it is done at the buyers risk!Amphibians and insects - are excluded from any guarantee when temperatures in transit are abover 85 deg(f) or below 40 deg (f)[/color]

A: NO - most photos are generic,just one of a group to show the species,unless otherwise note.
Q:Can you buy/prepay for an animal scheduled to arrive on an upcoming shipment?
A:NO - Simply to protect you and us. Sizes can change,accidents happen and carriers may even damage or delay or incoming shipments.
Exclusions are special orders and special group offers.Q:Is there tax? For Ohio residents
A: yes! But we cover that.
Q - How long before you ship ?
A - It depends
- If you paypal , we usually like to wait 2 days before shipping - This just lets us cut back feeding so fish produce less waste/amonia in the bags in transit,which results in you recieveing nicer fish

- If the purchase is a reptile they can often be shipped the same or next day (unless it's a freshly feed snake).
Q - I see your priceing on _________ is too low! Your going to hurt the market price, can you raise it?
A - simply put NO

Commonly used abbreviations and other info.abbreviations
c.b. = captive born
f0 = wild caught
f1 = first generation captive borns / from wild caught parents (f1 and higher are also c.b.)
f2 = from wild caught grandparents
f3 and so on, each additional # constitutes a generation of captive breeding.
Pond raised fish - reguardless of origin are not listed as wild or anything special,since theres no way to guarantee specifics
Farmed - can also mean different things depending on which exporter sends them. "Farmed" from one exporter can =animals setup on HUGE open air cages in their native habitat ,left alone to breed then the babies are collected. "Farmed" from another supplier can mean, pregnant females are collected and held until they produce eggs/babies. Most of these animals are F1's but are only listed as farmed since we have no way to verify their exact origins.
